Buffalo, NY, known for it’s lake effect snow, has yet to receive an inch of snow this season and tops our list for probability of a wet New Year’s Eve with 65%. The crowds in New York City have a 43% probability based on the Central Park observation site. If you’re hoping to stay dry on New Year’s Eve, Pinkham Notch, NH and Harrisburg, PA have the lowest probability on our list with 34%.
